Our Philosophy

We pay the greatest attention to the food ingredients we use, which are all fresh, local and in season. Many of our products are eco-labelled, including our home-produced extra virgin olive oil. Beef comes from our own free range farm. Our local chefs are demanding and will only use the best products for the authentic Mediterranean cuisine they prepare for you.
